Low Carb Kebab Salad

I love doner kebab but its high in fat, carbs and calories. If you have it a salad, it can be healthy and delicious!

All you need is:

- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- onions
- Peperoni
- Tzaziki (self-made, with a low fat quark)
- coleslaw without added sugar and no added oil
- red cabbage with no added sugar
- kebab meat, browned with no oil
- (optional) fat-reduced Feta-cheese
